Connecting to providers on other HISPs which are part of the Direct Trust Bundle may require ongoing service fees per provider. This is in regards to criteria 170.314(b)(1) – Transitions of care – receive, display and incorporate transition of care/referral summaries & 170.314(b)(2) – Transitions of care – create and transmit transition of care/referral summaries.
ONC Health IT – Limitations Disclosures:
The GeeseMed EHR is certified according to the criteria in 170.315(b)(7). The ability to generate CCDA’s in bulk for all patients is enabled by request only. Users can contact GeeseMed support at any time to request access to the feature, and access is generally granted within 24 hours of the request.
The GeeseMed EHR is certified according to the criteria in 170.314(f)(2) and 170.314(f)(3). With the changes to the 2014 Release 2 in October of 2015, providers are required to submit clinical summaries to 2 of 4 available options. Given that GeeseMed is only certified in 170.314(f)(2), and 170.314(f)(3), attesting providers are limited to using those features, or the features related to 170.314(b)(7) or 170.314(e)(1) to satisfy this measure
